Terms of service

These terms govern your use of SayJar, operated by Chatty Dog Magazine ("we"). By using the service you agree to them.

The service

SayJar lets account holders collect interview and testimonial responses via a shareable link, review them, and publish approved responses. Guests need no account to respond.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use SayJar to collect content unlawfully, to impersonate others, to harass, or to gather responses without the respondent's genuine consent. You are responsible for having the right to publish any response you approve.

Content and consent

Respondents own their words. Account holders may only publish a response where the respondent consented and the account holder approved it. We may remove content that breaches these terms or the law.

Availability

The service is provided "as is" while in active development. We aim for reliability but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability.
